Term And Conditions

  1. I/We hereby apply to be appointed as a Distributor to market and sell CFG products.
  2. I/We understand that my/our appointment does not make me/us an employee or legal representative of my/our CFG Sponsor or CFG, nor does it grant me/us any authority to speak on behalf of or bind my/our sponsor or CFG.
  3. I/We shall operate my/our independent CFG business by purchasing and selling CFG products on my/our own account. I/We may also sponsor other individuals as distributors.
  4. I/We shall not make any claims, representations, statements, or assertions regarding CFG or its products except as authorised in CFG’s official literature.
  5. I/We shall distribute only official CFG literature. I/We agree to indemnify CFG against any legal liability arising from any unauthorised claims, representations, or statements made by me/us. I/We agree to comply with the CFG Sales & Marketing Plan as set out in CFG’s official literature and manuals, to comply with the express and implied provisions of the CFG Rules of Conduct & Ethics, and all applicable laws and regulations governing direct selling in Malaysia.
  6. I/We also agree to purchase the mandatory CFG products, which provide the necessary information to assist me/us in conducting the business effectively and ethically.
  7. I/We agree to provide my/our banking and payment details to CFG together with all other information and documents requested by CFG pursuant to the CFG Malaysia Rules of Conduct & Ethics, in order for CFG to pay commissions, bonuses, and/or other payments to me/us.
  8. I/We understand that although I/We may nominate a designated bank account for bonus and/or other payments, the method of payment shall be subject to CFG’s sole discretion.
  9. I/We understand that my/our distributor membership may be terminated if I/We fail to comply with the above conditions. I/We further understand that no refund shall be provided after the expiry of my/our distributor membership.
  10. I/We understand that after the expiry of the grace period for non-renewal, or in the event of termination or resignation of distributor membership, my/our entitlement to any bonuses and/or other payments shall be forfeited regardless of when such entitlement may have arisen.
  11. I/We hereby authorise CFG to collect, store, process and transmit the above data electronically.
  12. I/We confirm that my/our Line of Sponsorship (LOS) as stated above is correct, and if this is not my/our first application to become a distributor, my/our LOS must remain the same as under my/our previous distributor membership. If my/our distributor membership application is not under the same LOS, my/our previous distributor membership or that of my/our spouse must have been terminated for at least six (6) months. During this period, I/We must not purchase or sell CFG products or participate in any CFG Malaysia activities, except as a retail customer.
  13. I/We hereby confirm that the information provided above is true and accurate, and that I/We are 18 years of age or above, legally able to enter into this Contract, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
  14. I/We hereby acknowledge that I/We understand and accept that, pursuant to the CFG Rules of Conduct & Ethics, a husband-and-wife distributorship shall be regarded as a single distributor membership. A husband with more than one lawful wife may only nominate one wife for such husband-and-wife partnership. Any other wife who wishes to become a distributor must be sponsored under that husband-and-wife partnership. For further information, please refer to the CFG Rules of Conduct & Ethics and all related Terms and Conditions, or seek advice from CFG staff.
  15. I/We authorise and consent to my/our Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data being collected, used, processed, stored, and/or disclosed to third parties authorised by Carefore Global Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. for the purposes of processing this application, supplying products, administering the distributor membership, and providing information necessary to conduct the business effectively and ethically.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the purchase of products or services from Carefore Global Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
shall be subject to the laws of Malaysia and the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
