Privacy Policy

I/We agree that:

I/We have previously reviewed this Agreement together with the Policies and Procedures, or agree, before conducting any distributor activity, to review them online at www.careforeglobal.com.my. I/We understand and agree that the Contract, including the Policies and Procedures, shall be binding and legally enforceable against me/us. In particular, I/We agree that CFG Malaysia may collect, use, process, and disclose my/our personal data given in this document and pursuant to the Policies and Procedures and the Privacy Notice, which may be amended by CFG Malaysia from time to time. I/We further agree to perform my/our obligations in accordance with such Policies and Procedures, as well as the Privacy Notice. If I/We refuse to follow any provision of the Contract, including the Policies and Procedures and Privacy Notice, I/We agree to notify CFG Malaysia in writing and cancel my/our distributor Account. If my/our distributor Account is cancelled within the next thirty (30) days from the date of my application, I/We will receive a refund of the products and Sales Kit I/We purchased from CFG Malaysia.

I/We understand that purchasing CFG Malaysia products is a mandatory requirement to become a distributor.

I/We confirm that I am/We are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally able to enter into this Contract and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

I/We understand that if I/We have provided my/our email address, telephone number, or mobile number, I/We agree that CFG Malaysia may email, call, send messages, or send text messages for promotional and marketing purposes.

I/We confirm that I/We want to opt out of receiving such promotional and marketing materials from CFG Malaysia. I/We understand that if I/We tick this box, I/We will not be able to receive updates regarding CFG Malaysia’s products, services, promotions and business opportunities, and this may affect my/our ability to develop business with CFG Malaysia.

Customers’ personal data may be shared with payment partners, where applicable, and processed in accordance with the PDPA of M’sia.
